Prices

All prices quoted are in (GBP) UK Pounds Sterling and include V.A.T. (currently 20.0%) where required. In the case of errors or price changes after an order has been placed the customer will be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel the order. GreenHouseSystems.eu try to keep all goods in stock, however if we cannot fulfil your order we will inform you immediately and offer you the option to cancel at any time. We will offer to send any available part order immediately and deliver the balance on receipt from our suppliers. The balance will not incur delivery charges. Please Note: GreenHouseSystems.eu reserve the right to apply our standard handling charge of 20% on all non-faulty returns.

Our Service

We strive to provide our customers with the best possible service and prices. Please contact us with your comments and suggestions or if you have any issues regarding your purchase. We can be contacted via e-mail, or by telephone using our customer service number +44 (0) 20 8442 0752. Our customer service desk is open weekdays, from 9.00am - 5.00pm (excluding public holidays and Christmas holidays), normal telephone rates apply.
Please notify us immediately of any faulty or incorrect goods which have been received. Once goods have been returned to our premises, we will either refund the original cost of the goods or send a suitable replacement, once goods have been inspected.

Please do not sign or accept any parcel from GreenHouseSystems.eu, which has been damaged in transit.
The customer may cancel an order at any time. The customer may return any ‘Unused’ goods within 7 working days of receipt and we will refund the cost of the goods as soon as they are received back in our premises, providing the goods are in their original undamaged packaging and have not been used. Delivery and/or return charges will not be refunded. Please Note: GreenHouseSystems.eu reserve the right to apply our standard handling charge of 20% on all non-faulty returns.
