Green House Nano Heating Systems – At only a fraction of a millimetre (0.275mm) thick, our heating elements are unlike any other electric heating films. It is made of a multi layer ‘sandwich’ with a ‘filling’ of a thin layer of semi-conductive carbon compound screen-printed onto a polyethylene base layer  with a surface layer of polyethylene  laminated onto it. The carbon heating elements are connected to a pair of copper conductors via a silver joint. When a voltage is applied between the two copper conductors current flows and a ‘Nano’ heating effect results.

The efficiency of the Heating Film is Radiant heat is emitted evenly from the whole film that can feel warmth such as sunlight to provide unrivalled comfort.
